Owner and inspector Tracy Scully is certified through InterNACHI and has more than two decades of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry as a licensed all-lines field adjuster. That background provides a trained eye for identifying conditions that may impact a home’s safety, performance, maintenance, or insurability.
Originally from New Jersey and a graduate of Rutgers University, Tracy relocated to South Florida in 1998 and now resides in Boynton Beach. Her experience evaluating residential properties throughout Florida and the Southeast has helped shape a detailed, client-focused approach to inspections.
